I’m guessing some remnants of the Beta squad. I think T. mentioned they suffered some horrible losses on previous missions. So them having to resort to, what looks to be items akin to, Geordi La Forge’s Visor system to remain operational and in service would be plausible.
Oh and Shanna is so channeling Sarah Kerrigan there..

Moe is not the Lone Ranger. I like the comic, but it sure could use some Handy Reference Links. I find the continuity annoyingly choppy at times. There’s a lot to like, though, so the plot jumps stand out that much more to me.
Seriously… how could neither Rumy, Rikk, nor Alli have been introduced to their child yet? Have they not been informed by Will and Shanna? To keep emotions out of it?
I never really noticed it before I saw him standing next to a bunch of time travelers, but is it just me, or does Rico look like the “safety not guaranteed” guy?
A) Pretty sure Rikk is stretching because his disease makes him restless. Other things are possible.
B) Pretty sure Rikk is clearing his throat in sympathy after hearing Shanna’s voice. It’s been a few years since he talked like that, but you don’t forget it once you’ve lived it.
