Given that this future involves the child of Rikk, Ally, and Ru, methinks that this future is a single generation ahead, and that this is the clone General Rikk wanted to have made.

My money is on Tiki Wiki being a guy that got zero restionship with the characters we know and love. But the guy will also be someone new for use to get to know and enjoy.
