What? there’s no possible way that she wants to know that the reason he’s not accepting the breakfast she got for him (likely as a display of affection) is because he might have a health issue and needs to be careful of what he eats? Perhaps she wants to get some subtle confirmation that he didn’t suddenly decide that he doesn’t want her now that he had her and is showing that by not even making a comment about her being considerate of getting some food for him.
