    Sinister Axis map looks a lot different this time. Why are Iraq and Pakistan no longer highlighted? Why is Kazakstan? Why is he talking about Afghanistan when it’s been on neither map?

    Hm. Depending on the extent to which ongoing Mid-East conflicts in this universe have resembled those of our world, calling on Israel for help may not be the wisest idea, especially if the U.S. needed to bring other countries from the region, into the coalition. Other allies with good military and intelligence resources might be a better option.

    In this world the Israeli-Palestine conflict was solved when the two sides reached common ground through their shared love of the X-Men.

    It’s not a perfect map obviously, and Afghanistan (or Kazakstan) wasn’t one of the countries highlighted before. Still I love how this is going….

    Why is Kazakhstan highlighted on the map?

    Looks like USSR broke apart, why is Russia thrown in with the antagonist nations? Odd geopolitics at work here.
