that’s a relevant question but i’m wondering about the limp not. did it just start or did she just now notice it?

Maybe the ankle didn’t get 100% better? Her exposure to Animal’s blood was cut short by the black hats departing, perhaps Animal’s healing factor only works while the blood is alive (uncoagulated), as it was while being medically collected.

The ankle is fine in a sense, but the problem is the broken nerve connections from her leg. Repairing the broken nerve signals between the brain and the leg takes time because nerve realignment cannot be immediately cured even with a cure all.

Certain nerves and tissue don’t repair themselves the same way.

And to T Campell, thanks. I had already guessed before I commented the part about Di not going for the weapon because of the reasons you just mentioned, I was just pointing that out just for the sake of confirmation on your part. Pride, less experiance with that weaponry, etc. She probobly would have ‘tried’ to go for the gun in 16.1, had she not been in a little bit of a panic, which is understandable.

Yeah, I did mean the last panel, that was a correct assumption. The two points of error were 17.4, and of course 8.2, where we should have seen the AK-47 where it was dropped by the first guard, near the 2 unconscious bodies where baxter picked it up later….unless it was blocked by Di’s ass in 8.2, which would be hilarious.
