    Is Noriko’s appearance deliberately over the top manga art? The eyes, the shiny hair, the little bit sticking up against all reason. LOL

    Someone remind me please where we last saw Noriko?

    @Curious, I think that is indeed the case with both Noriko and Kana himself, as well as Kana’s father. They all tend to resemble 1980’s anime/manga characters. 😛

    Now that I think about it, thank god Kana didn’t use the Hiryu Shoten Ha when every fictional character was fighting. In that situation, that tornado would have destroyed the earth!

    huh. my Japanese sensei is named Noriko too, and has a similar hair style (considering the art style)
